THE AMERICAN CLUB and

 INTERNATIONAL ORDER OF WASHINGTON

INTRODUCTION

THE AMERICAN CLUB is a private, international chamber of commerce and social organization that champions green enterprises and offers its Members access to many of America’s top business, finance, academic, religious and government leaders while building friendships among like-minded, highly successful individuals from around the world.

Incorporated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the Club is organized as a non-profit, 501(c) 6 corporation – the same designation as the United States Chamber of Commerce – and is financially supported exclusively by Members’ dues.

The companion organization of The American Club is The International Order of Washington, a society dedicated to honoring the memory and applying the values of the Founding Father of the United States of America, General and President George Washington. The Order is empowered to confer formal Knighthood on its elected Members, who are selected exclusively from the membership roster of The American Club.

Membership in The American Club and election to The Order is by invitation-only.
